Join us for a FREE seminar on Financial Aid for College on December 3rd, 2009.  The Alliance of Interconnected Arab Americans has invited Mitch Gross, President of College Financial Consultants to explain how the financial aid system works, and share some tips you can start doing from now to financially prepare for the college of your choice. Mitch has 23 years of experience and over 3,000 clients with 100% success rate!

Who should Attend?

Parents and students of ALL high school classes:

  • Seniors - everyday counts at this point. Don't be late!
  • Juniors - Your financial base year begins 1/1/2010
  • Sophomore/Freshman - learn how to set the right plan

Most parents make the mistake of thinking they make too much to qualify for financial aid, or make too little and can’t afford to send his/ her child to a four year college. Don’t make the same mistake and join us to learn more!

What will be covered?

  • Free tips on reducing the cost of college
  • What to expect of the financial aid application process
  • Why private school can be cheaper than state schools
  • UTMA/UGMAs vs. 529 Plans
  • Picking colleges that provide the best financial aid packages

We anticipate this will be a popular workshop so please RSVP as space may be limited.
